Appendix 1 – Data protection information in the context of trainer activities

Dear Trainer,

As part of your contractually agreed activities for MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies, your personal data will be processed.

Affiliated companies are all companies in which MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG holds a 50% or greater stake, including but not limited to Medigital GmbH, Theralution GmbH, Sustainable4u GmbH and Schaper & Brümmer GmbH & Co. KG. This data protection information is an appendix to the framework agreement for trainer services on behalf of and provides you with an overview of the planned processing activities.

The following personal data is collected:

  • Contact details (first and last name, address, telephone number, email address)

  • Communication data (e.g. from email correspondence)

  • Account details

  • Tax identification number

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfilment of the contract agreed with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

The personal data collected will be processed for the following purposes:

  • to execute contracts

  • for communication purposes

  • to fulfil regulatory and legal requirements

Your personal data is collected, processed and stored on the servers of MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG. Only the relevant authorised employees of MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies have access to and can process your personal data.

Contractual agreements are in place with the affiliated companies for this purpose. MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG assures you that it will do everything possible in line with the latest technology to protect your privacy and will only pass on data to organisations that can demonstrate an appropriate data protection concept in accordance with the applicable regulations and laws.

Your contact details will be stored by MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies until the above-mentioned purposes have been fulfilled or until you revoke your consent, and will then be manually destroyed by MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies. Your personal data within the framework agreement will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period of 6 years after the end of the agreement, in accordance with Sections 147 AO, 257 HGB, and will then be manually destroyed by MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies.

Personal data may be transferred to the following third parties within the scope of your consulting activities:

  • Affiliated companies MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG

  • Competent supervisory authorities in the event of an audit

  • Processors employed by MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG

MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies assure that your data will only be passed on to entities that can demonstrate an appropriate data protection concept in accordance with the applicable regulations and laws and with which, if necessary, appropriate contractual agreements pursuant to Art. 26 or Art. 28 GDPR exist.

There are no plans to transfer the collected data to countries outside the EU.

When processing your personal data, our goal is to guarantee your data protection rights at all times.

You can exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • You can request information about the processing of your data.

  • You can request the correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete. For the duration of the verification of the accuracy of your data, you can also request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

  • You can request the transfer of data collected about you to you or to a body designated by you.

  • If there are grounds for complaint, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.   • You may revoke your consent to data processing at any time without giving reasons.

You will not suffer any disadvantages as a result of revoking your consent. The revocation is effective for the future; previous data transfers remain lawful. From then on, only limited processing of personal data will take place. This limited processing is in the legitimate interest of MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and/or is carried out on the basis of legal requirements within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
