Cedar nut mush is a true treasure of the Siberian taiga. Obtained from wild-collected cedar nuts and ground in cooled granite mills at raw food temperature, its natural strength and fine nutty flavour are fully preserved. Rich in vitamins and minerals, this creamy puree is ideal for refining dressings, desserts, dips or as a high-quality spread. Recipe Idea – Mediterranean Bowl with Organic Mezze Dip Honey & Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 120 g quinoa (cooked)

  • 1 jar chickpeas (rinsed)

  • 1 zucchini, grilled in slices

  • 1 small eggplant, grilled in cubes

  • 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 3 tbsp Organic Mezze Dip Honey & Garlic

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander)

  • Salt & pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let cool slightly.

  2. Grill zucchini and eggplant in a pan or on the grill until golden brown.

  3. Divide quinoa into two bowls, top with chickpeas, vegetables, tomatoes, and avocado.

  4. Mix the Organic Mezze Dip with olive oil and lemon juice – drizzle over the bowl as dressing.
