In a smoothie Give your smoothie that certain something. Simply add a spoonful of the puree to give your drink a creamy consistency and a delicious coffee flavour.

As a topping for pancakes or waffles Pour the puree over your freshly prepared pancakes or waffles and enjoy a combination of creamy nuttiness and intense coffee flavours.

In yoghurt or quark Mix the puree into your natural yoghurt or quark for a sophisticated sweetness and that special coffee note - perfect for your breakfast or as a snack between meals.

For baking Use it as an ingredient for muffins, biscuits or other baked goods and add a creamy coffee combination to your favourite recipes.

Recipe idea: Cashew coffee cream on a baguette

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette

  • 3-4 tbsp Clasen Bio Muus to chooze Date with Coffee

  • 1 tsp honey (optional for extra sweetness)

  • A little cinnamon (optional)

  1. Cut the baguette into thin slices and toast lightly, either in the oven or in a toaster.

  2. Spread the Clasen Bio Muus to chooze Date with Coffee generously on the still warm baguette slices.

  3. If you like it sweeter, drizzle a little honey on top and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tip: You can also top the baguette with fresh berries or a slice of banana to add a fruity flavour. Blueberries or strawberries go particularly well with the coffee flavour of the purée and make the combination even more refreshing.
