Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)

  • 1 small zucchini

  • 150 g cherry tomatoes

  • 1 small red onion

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 40 g Landgarten Organic Tomato-Herb Almonds

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp Italian herbs (e.g., oregano or basil)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Optional: fresh basil or Parmesan / vegan alternative

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to the package instructions.

  2. Cut the zucchini into small cubes, finely chop the onion, and halve the tomatoes.
