Classic vegetable stock
Dissolve a tablespoon of organic vegetable stock in 500 ml of hot water, stir and use as a flavoured base for soups, stews or sauces.
Perfect base for risotto & cereals
Gradually add the stock to risotto, quinoa or couscous to achieve a flavourful note and creamy consistency.
Refining vegetable dishes
When steaming or roasting vegetables, simply stir in a little stock to intensify the natural flavour.
For strong sauces & dressings
A spoonful of stock gives sauces, marinades or salad dressings a finely balanced flavour - without any salt.
