Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)

  • 1 small onion (chopped)

  • 100ml cream

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1-2 tbsp kimchi crumbles

  • salt

  • pepper

  • Spring onions (to garnish)

  1. Cook the pasta. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the onion and garlic until translucent.

  2. Add the cream and soya sauce, simmer briefly.

  3. Add the pasta to the sauce, sprinkle with kimchi crumbles and garnish.

Recipe idea: Spicy chicken breast with kimchi crumbles

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast fillet

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1 tbsp kimchi crumble

  1. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

  2. Fry in a pan over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.

  3. Sprinkle with kimchi crumble and serve.
