  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 100 g smoked salmon

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or vegan cream cheese

  • ½ lemon

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh chives or scallions

  • Salt and black pepper

  • Optional: sesame seeds or chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Toast the rolls
