In the area of ecological health, projects by our sustainable4U initiative are leading to the enhancement of natural spaces, the use of sustainable disposable items and the promotion of employee health. Our carbon footprint is significantly better than the industry average.

Dr. Sigurd Pütter (†) understood years ago that it is not only the medicinal treatment of diseases that paves the way to a healthier society. This understanding was the origin and driving force behind his outstanding commitment to both the economy and the common good, for which he was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit 1st Class.
Deficiencies in people's social environment, growing ecological problems, social stressors such as stress, loneliness or poor nutrition and lack of exercise are often triggers for serious illnesses.
