2. Purpose and legal basis of data processing:

As part of site security and technical monitoring of delivery processes within the MEDICE factory premises in Iserlohn, MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG records videos in the area of the barrier system, main access road and loading gates. These videos document vehicle registration numbers, persons and times (barrier entry and exit, delivery) to the extent necessary.

MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG collects, processes and stores this personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the fulfilment of insurance requirements, as well as on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, insofar as this is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-processing of your data.

 

3. Disclosure of data:

We only pass on your personal data to third parties (authorities, processors) if:

- this is necessary for the performance of contractual relationships in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR

- the transfer is in our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (e.g. to assert, exercise or defend legal claims).

 

Within MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG, only designated, authorised employees of the technical department have access to your personal data. In the event of a specific reason for review, the designated, authorised employees of the works council and the human resources department also have access to your personal data under the supervision of the data protection officers, in accordance with MEDICE's dual control principle.

 

In addition, processors commissioned by us will receive your personal data if this is necessary for the performance of their respective tasks. Appropriate contractual agreements are in place for this purpose.

 

There are no plans to transfer the personal data collected to countries outside the EU.

 

4. Storage period:

We process and store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or as required by statutory storage periods. Once the processing purpose/statutory storage periods have expired, your personal data will be routinely deleted by MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG in accordance with the statutory provisions, provided that it is no longer required.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

From now on, your data will only be processed by MEDICE Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG to a limited extent if this is required by the relevant legal provisions under Art. 6 (1) (c) and our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
