Recipe idea: Italian bruschetta with Muus to chooze

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette or ciabatta

  • 3-4 ripe tomatoes

  • 2-3 tbsp Muus to chooze bruschetta

  • 1 small red onion

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh basil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: a little balsamic cream to flavour

  1. Cut the baguette or ciabatta into slices and toast them lightly in the oven or in a pan.

  2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and finely chop the onion. Mix both in a bowl with olive oil, a little salt and pepper.

  3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of Muus to chooze Bruschetta on each slice of bread.

  4. Spread the fresh tomato mixture generously over the mousse.

  5. Garnish with fresh basil and optionally drizzle with a little balsamic cream.
