Preparation
Use:
The organic spice mix is perfect for salads, vegetable dishes, soups, stews and many other dishes. It develops its flavour particularly well in cold or lukewarm dishes.
Seasoning for serving:
To preserve the full flavour of the flowering herbs, add the spice mix to the dish just before serving. This preserves the flavour and appearance of the fine flowers.
Dosage:
One to two teaspoons of the mixture is usually enough to gently flavour dishes and give them a delicate aroma. You can also season to taste.
Tip: If you want to use the spice mix in hot dishes such as stews or sauces, add the mixture at the end and only leave it to infuse briefly to preserve the flavours and flowers.
