For pancakes & waffles Spread it on your freshly baked pancakes or waffles for a sweet, tropical kick.

For smoothies & muesli Simply stir it in to give your breakfast or smoothie an extra creamy consistency.

Recipe idea: Tropical berry smoothie with a hint of coconut

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 small handful of green grapes

  • 1 tbsp Clasen Organic Muus to chooze White Wedding

  • 150 ml coconut water (or normal water, depending on your preference)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)

  1. Place all the berries and grapes in a blender.

  2. Add the Muus to chooze White Wedding, the coconut water and optionally the honey or maple syrup.

  3. Blend everything well until the smoothie has a creamy consistency.

  4. If you like it colder, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Tip: This smoothie is perfect for a fresh breakfast or as a snack between meals. The coconut puree makes the drink nice and creamy and gives it a tropical, exotic flavour.
