Preparation

Mix classic morning power muesli with oat or almond milk and leave to infuse. Then top with fresh berries or a banana

As a crunchy topping Simply sprinkle over smoothie bowls, yoghurt or porridge

As a summer refreshment Combine with fruit juices such as orange juice, apple juice and multivitamin juice for an extra fruity flavour

As a pure snack Snack straight from the bag - ideal for a little energy boost in between meals

Recipe idea: TAIGA Ivan's muesli and yoghurt parfait

Ingredients:

  • 150 g natural or Greek yoghurt (or plant-based alternative)

  • 4 tbsp TAIGA Ivan's muesli

  • 1 handful of fresh berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries or strawberries)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional for extra fibre)

  1. Pour the yoghurt into a glass or small bowl and smooth it out.

  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of TAIGA Ivan's muesli evenly over the yoghurt and add the berries

  3. Top with the remaining yoghurt.

  4. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of TAIGA Ivan's muesli on top, garnish with the remaining berries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup to taste.

Tip: For an extra nutritional kick, sprinkle 1 tsp of chia seeds over the parfait.
